Job summary
CooperVision Limited in Southampton is seeking a Transformation Programme Delivery Lead on a 14-month fixed-term contract to coordinate multi-workstream delivery and governance across Global Commercial Operations. You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Regulatory and Change teams to maintain momentum and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading transformation, business change or strategic programmes.
- Experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Proven ability to drive organisational adoption and behavioural change.
- Experience developing communication, stakeholder engagement and readiness strategies.
- Experience supporting transition into new operating models and ways of working.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day programme execution activities.
- Coordinate activities across all programme workstreams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges; escalate when needed.
- Support governance processes and ensure delivery of actions and commitments.
- Guide Business Readiness and Change Management activities across the programme.
- Lead internal communications for the programme and ensure consistent messaging.
