Job summary

The London Borough of Bromley invites applications for a Project Manager to support the Housing and Adult Social Care Transformation Programme, focusing on transforming the Home Improvement Agency. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office weekly, and strong collaboration with cross‑sector partners will be essential.

Qualifications

• Public sector housing/health/social care project management experience.
• Experience leading service improvement or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; IT proficient.
• Experience preparing reports and briefing papers for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Home Improvement Agency Transformation Project.
• Collaborate with senior managers and key stakeholders.
• Develop new processes, policies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
