Job summary

PRS for Music is seeking a Transformation Delivery Practice Lead to guide a portfolio of change and technology-enabled projects. You will coach Project Managers, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and provide delivery assurance across critical initiatives.

You will lead a team, promote accountability, and apply hybrid delivery methods to maximise value for our members and stakeholders within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Project Managers across a portfolio of complex change initiatives.
• Experience working in product operating models.
• Proven ability to implement agile ways of working at scale.
• Strong people leadership and performance management skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and build a delivery-focused community.
• Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for challenging initiatives.
• Ensure capacity and capability planning across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to maintain standards.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across PRS for Music.
