PRS for Music is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our transformation portfolio. You will coordinate a supportive delivery team, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure quality outcomes across stakeholders.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proven Agile delivery, and the ability to balance waterfall or hybrid approaches. You’ll drive continuous improvement and explore AI-enabled solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with stakeholders across sponsors, SMEs and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate plans and updates using Agile, with hybrid approaches.
• Identify blockers and present recommendations to overcome them.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and explore AI-enabled tooling.
