PRS for Music is seeking a capable Project Manager to join our Transformation team in a hybrid role. You will lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, applying Agile and flexible delivery methods, and driving quality outcomes.

You will foster strong relationships, manage risks, and support colleagues through change while maintaining clear plans and updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in hybrid environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
• Experience with Agile delivery and ability to blend with waterfall approaches.
• Professional project management qualifications or equivalent proven experience.
• Experience using Jira and PPM tools in delivery workflows.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects within the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate plans and provide updates using Agile and hybrid methods.
• Identify blockers and present actionable solutions.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and the use of AI in delivery processes.
