Lloyds Banking Group is hiring an Associate in London to support the Transaction Banking Solutions structuring team. You will assist in structuring and executing transactions across core Trade, Payment, and related products while engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes learning across receivables financing, supply chain finance, and asset finance, with a collaborative, hybrid work setup and strong regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience with trade and capital products is beneficial.
• Ability to learn structuring across receivables financing, supply chain finance, inventory finance, asset finance, and invoice finance.
• Strong communication to influence across peers and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior colleagues in managing a portfolio of existing clients and supporting P&L targets.
• Support structuring and execution of transactions, including client engagement and credit discussions.
• Prepare Product Papers (credit memos) and liaise with credit teams for facility approvals.
• Contribute to execution of Transaction Banking Solutions across trade and payments.
