Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Trading Planning Lead to unite commercial strategy, title roadmaps, promotions, pricing actions, and lifecycle activity into a cohesive, outcome-focused plan. You will own weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning, coordinating inputs with Finance, Analytics, and regional teams to forecast performance and guide execution across the PlayStation Store.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in trading, commercial planning, ecommerce, or business operations.
• Experience building integrated plans and running weekly/monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with KPIs to prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated 360 trading plan across weekly, monthly, and quarterly horizons.
• Coordinate planning inputs, maintain decisions, owners, due dates and blockers.
• Maintain central planning sheet, master calendar, and dependency map for consistent execution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Insights, and regional teams to surface performance drivers and risks.
• Identify trade-offs and present options to Store leadership.
• Align across Trading, Catalogue Planning, Merchandising, Pricing, and regional teams to improve governance.
