Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Limited is seeking a Trading Planning Lead to craft the Store's integrated trading plan, merging launches, promotions, pricing, and lifecycle into a coherent roadmap. You will partner across Finance, Analytics, Merchandising, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and impact.

You will lead planning rhythms, maintain a single source of truth, and elevate blockers to closure, enabling fast, evidence-based decisions in a dynamic digital commerce

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in trading, commercial planning, programme management, ecommerce, or business operations.
• Experience building integrated plans and running weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
• Strong commercially oriented analytical capabilities using KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated 360 trading plan, converting strategy, roadmaps, promotions, pricing, and lifecycle into a clear plan.
• Coordinate planning inputs for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with owners and due dates.
• Maintain the central planning source of truth and master calendar for consistent information.
• Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Trading to surface performance drivers and forecast assumptions.
• Identify collisions and risks, present options, and secure buy-in from Store leaders.
• Align Trading, Catalogue Planning, Merchandising, Pricing, and regional teams to improve governance.
