Electronic Arts is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team in a hybrid role, 3 days in Guildford or Madrid. You will partner with Compensation Managers and People Partners to analyze pay programs and apply consistent policies.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years of experience in compensation or HR analytics, with experience in salary reviews, market benchmarking, and job evaluation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compensation, rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related experience in a multinational company, technology organization, or compensation consulting environment.
• Experience supporting compensation programs such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, market benchmarking, & salary structures, and job evaluation.
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Related analytical experience.

Responsabilités

• You will work with Compensation Managers and People Partners to perform analysis on compensation-related questions and support consistent application of compensation programs, and policies.
• You will prepare compensation analysis using market data to support recommendations on pay decisions, salary ranges, geographic differentials, and compensation program changes.
• You will contribute as a project team member on compensation projects, providing data analysis, documentation, coordination, and implementation support.
