Circle is seeking an Upside Community Worker to support individuals transitioning from prison to the community across Forth Valley. The role combines community-based activity with regular prison travel and a flexible hybrid working pattern.

You will work with families to promote safer outcomes, build parenting capacity, and coordinate with partners to deliver throughcare services under the Upside programme.

Formación

• Relevant professional qualification in social work, social care, education or health.
• Experience working with children, families or vulnerable groups.
• Ability to work in partnership with multiple agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals pre and post release from prison to promote positive change.
• Assist parents/carers to develop parenting capacity and relationships with children.
• Collaborate with prison staff for pre-release planning and handovers.
• Record, monitor and evaluate work, including information sharing with partners.
• Engage with a wide range of statutory and third-sector partners to support families.
