Job summary

Waythrough seeks a Recovery Worker in Torbay to provide trauma-informed and person-centred support to individuals with complex needs within the criminal justice system. You will work across teams to deliver integrated care and coordinate referrals from prisons, courts and probation.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed and person-centred support experience is desirable.
• Ability to work with people referred by prisons, courts, or probation.
• Strong communication and teamwork to deliver integrated services.
