Homeprotect is seeking a role within its Operational Assurance team to manage third party risk across the organisation. You will ensure due diligence, onboarding and ongoing monitoring of suppliers, maintaining accurate records and driving improvements to the TPRM framework.

You will collaborate with business owners and stakeholders, provide practical guidance and training on risk controls, and help build strong relationships across teams while ensuring regulatory alignment and robust reporting.

Formación

• Experience in third party risk management, incident or problem management, risk, compliance, or a related area.
• A working understanding of third party risk management and how controls work.
• Strong attention to detail, and good, organised record keeping.
• Confident working with data to produce accurate, clear reporting.
• Clear written and spoken communication, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge constructively.
• Able to build good working relationships and juggle several priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the ongoing operation of Homeprotect's TPRM framework, carrying out due diligence, onboarding, monitoring and reporting activity.
• Keep all third-party/supplier information within TPRM systems and registers accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities for process or system enhancements to improve data quality and maturity and support their implementation.
• Log and track risks/issues in supplier relationships and drive remediation to closure.
