Job summary

FirstBank UK Limited is seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Management Analyst to support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Bank's TPRM framework. The role combines governance, risk assessment and supplier oversight across outsourcing, data processing and international jurisdictions.

Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. You will review onboarding documents, maintain TPRM records, perform risk assessments, and contribute to regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management within Banking/Financial Services.
• Knowledge of PRA SS2/21 on outsourcing & TPRM, PRA SS1/21 & FCA SYSC 15A on operational resilience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and data governance related to third-party arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and improvement of the TPRM framework, including procedures, templates and registers.
• Review third-party onboarding documentation and risk assessments.
• Assist with classification and documentation of third-party arrangements.
• Maintain and enhance Master List of Vendors, Outsourcing Records and other TPRM records.
• Support assessment of intragroup outsourcing and data processing outside the UK.
• Provide guidance to Vendor Risk Owners on onboarding, due diligence and remediation actions.
• Support maintenance of Material Third Party inventory and regulatory reporting records.
• Monitor third-party arrangements, review SLA/KPI information and risk events.
• Prepare TPRM MI for governance forums.
