The Tenant Participation & Engagement Officer at Stirling Council will lead an inclusive, customer-focused participation service for tenants and service users, ensuring opportunities to influence decisions and shape housing policies. The post holder will champion customer voice, coordinate engagement activities and strengthen relationships with tenants, communities and partners.
