Job summary

Gamma is hiring a Legal Counsel to join a hybrid team across UK offices (London, Manchester, Glasgow, Newbury). You will provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across Gamma's UK service provider business, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts.

Working with the General Counsel and stakeholders, you will draft, review and negotiate agreements, develop templates, and help manage regulatory and commercial risk while supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in telecoms and commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Experience providing pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships across management, sales, product, and other functions.
• Knowledge of UK telecoms regulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across Gamma's UK service provider business.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Develop and improve contract templates and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable commercial outcomes.
• Identify and manage legal and commercial risks.
• Support General Counsel on governance and regulatory matters.
• Stay up-to-date with telecoms regulatory developments.
