Job summary

Gamma is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their UK team. Hybrid role across Gamma offices (London, Manchester, Glasgow, Newbury) focusing on commercial contracts and practical legal advice for the service provider business.

You will collaborate with the General Counsel and multiple stakeholders to manage legal and commercial matters in a fast-paced technology environment, ensuring compliant, commercially sound outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in a legal role within the telecoms industry.
• Strong track record drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience providing commercially focused legal advice to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and build relationships.
• Pragmatic, balanced approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and commercial advice across Gamma's UK service provider business.
• Draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier and partner contracts.
• Develop and improve contract templates and processes.
• Collaborate with management, sales, product and other functions to enable outcomes.
• Identify and manage legal/commercial risks while supporting business objectives.
• Deliver clear, practical legal guidance across the organisation.
• Support the General Counsel on regulatory and governance matters as needed.
• Keep up to date with legal developments in tech and telecoms.
