Job summary

Gamma is seeking a Customer Project Manager to coordinate multi-client projects across Data, UCaaS and telecoms sectors. You will scope, plan, resource, and drive end-to-end delivery, balancing deadlines, budgets, and quality while managing risk and jeopardy.

You will lead internal teams and suppliers, maintain project documentation, communicate plans, and hand over delivered solutions to Gamma operations. The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite at our London office.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple client projects in telecoms or data industries.
• Ability to manage uncertainty and coordinate internal teams and suppliers.
• Experience developing and maintaining project documents throughout lifecycle.
• Comfort hosting customer meetings with senior representatives.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, resource, and initiate complex projects with end-to-end delivery.
• Identify and manage risks and jeopardy to meet deadlines and budget.
• Create, maintain, and communicate project documentation.
• Handover delivered solutions to Gamma operational teams and manage billing alignment.
