Responsibilities

• Lead the legal review of material commercial and regulatory arrangements, aligning risk management with business objectives.
• Provide expert legal advice on contracts including NDAs, Client Services Agreements, Insurer TOBAs, Delegated Authority Agreements, and IT supplier agreements.
• Act as a trusted intermediary between the business and external counsel, managing engagements and budgets effectively.
• Support transformative projects, including business integration and regulatory initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, influencing key decisions.
• Develop legal templates, guidance notes, and playbooks to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Stay ahead of legal and regulatory developments, ensuring the business is well-prepared for future challenges.
