Qualifications

• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to gather technical information.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and CMS platforms.
• Understanding of software/product development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and maintain technical documentation for products.
• Produce user guides, installation manuals, FAQs, release notes and training materials.
• Work closely with engineers and product teams to gather technical information.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate as products evolve.
• Manage document version control and publication processes.
• Create diagrams, screenshots and visual content as needed.
• Review documentation with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality and efficiency.
