Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams across our international organisation. Key duties include producing user guides, installation manuals, FAQs, release notes and training materials, while ensuring accuracy, clarity and accessibility for end users and technical professionals

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex technical information in a simple, logical format.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience with technical products, systems or engineering environments.
• Familiarity with documentation and content management tools.
• Understanding of software or product development lifecycles.
• Experience managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders.
• Confidence using AI tools in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and maintain technical documentation for new and existing products.
• Produce user guides, installation manuals, FAQs, release notes and training materials.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to gather technical information.
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date as products evolve.
• Manage document version control and publication processes.
• Create diagrams, screenshots and supporting visual content as needed.
• Review documentation with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality and efficiency.
