Itchyfeet is assisting a client in finding a Hybrid Technical Support Analyst in St Helier, Jersey. You will deliver first-line and developing second-line support for desktop services, Microsoft 365, and network access, handling incidents, service requests, and user queries.

You will follow established processes to diagnose, resolve, or escalate issues while contributing to knowledge articles and supporting collaboration with technical teams and MSPs to ensure reliable service delivery in a

• Experience in service desk, first-line support, or technical support in a professional technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, endpoint support, and basic networking.
• Experience handling incidents and requests using structured service management practices.
• Ability to investigate routine and moderately complex issues and escalate when needed.
