Job summary

Gist Limited, part of the M&S Group, seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager for an 18-month fixed term contract to own the technical delivery of a critical project across Central Services, focusing on a new corporate system integration for Health, Safety & Sustainability.

You will shape requirements, manage delivery end-to-end, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure security and compliance, delivering measurable business value while working in a lean Technology team in

Qualifications

• Experience delivering larger scale multimillion technical projects.
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong communicator and collaborative problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions across the business.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through planning, implementation and delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology and business functions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, keeping projects on track.
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet relevant security and regulatory requirements.
• Establish relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
• Capture requirements aligning to strategic objectives and measurable value.
