Job summary

Gist, part of the M&S Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own large-scale programmes from site completion through to go-live, migration and automated mechanisation.

You will lead integrated delivery plans, coordinate business, technology, engineering and supplier teams, manage risks and escalate to senior stakeholders with clarity.

This hands-on leadership role rewards delivery excellence, pace and accountability, with travel across the UK and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large cross-functional projects in logistics or FMCG.
• Experience with migration, cutover and business continuity planning.
• Knowledge of WMS, automation and engineering integration.
• Strong project controls across RAID, planning and governance.
• Experience managing suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Lead site completion, readiness, migration and go-live activities.
• Coordinate technology, engineering, operations and supplier teams.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Drive safe delivery with cost, time, quality and change controls.
