Job summary

Engine by Starling is hiring a Technical Programme Manager to join our Technology team. You will be responsible for delivering a critical, strategic programmes within a technical and product domain, coordinating across engineering, product, and external partners as we scale internationally.

The role requires end-to-end management, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication. Prior experience in financial services or technology is advantageous for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technical programmes.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams to deliver SaaS solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to navigate technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and coordination of a technical programme, bridging Engineering, Clients and Delivery partners.
• Support Software Development Lifecycle planning and dependency management across multiple teams.
• Maintain real-time view of client needs vs internal capacity and manage risks.
