Qualifications

• Proven experience building production web applications using Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of relational data modeling and backend architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, observability, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain services powering Lyst's affiliate platform—from data pipelines to bidding systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Analytics, and Engineering to improve platform effectiveness.
• Champion reliability, observability, and automation across production systems.
