Lyst Ltd. is seeking a technically strong Product Manager to lead platforms that support affiliate operations, paid marketing and product-data enrichment. You will own roadmaps across Affiliate Operations, Commercial Enablement and Data Enrichment, turning business needs into scalable technical work.

You will work with Engineering Lead and teams to ensure delivery, reliability and data quality, while collaborating with Data Science in NZ to productionise models and pipelines.

Qualificações

• Experience in product management for technical, data or platform products.
• Experience working on a MarTech team with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Technical depth to work with APIs, schemas, data contracts, ETL or ingestion pipelines.
• Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder needs into coherent roadmaps.
• Strong delivery judgement balancing roadmap, debt and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Own the joined-up roadmap for Affiliate Operations, Commercial Enablement and Data Enrichment with clear outcomes.
• Turn commercial priorities into well-shaped technical work and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Decide when to deliver, test assumptions, or create reusable platform capabilities.
• Clarify scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria with engineering; maintain backlog and predictability.
• Coordinate planning across Paid Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Data Science and Product & Technology.
• Align NZ-based Data Science outputs with production capabilities and roadmaps.
• Define and track outcomes for commercial performance, data quality and platform reliability.
