Responsibilities

• Building and developing relationships with customers
• Supporting senior Account Managers across key client accounts
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships
• Managing account activity through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Learning how to conduct customer reviews and business conversations
• Supporting proposals, presentations and commercial discussions
• Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer data
• Delivering a first-class customer experience
