Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success in technical sales or account management.
• Strong commercial mindset with track record of winning new business.
• Confident prospecting, negotiating and closing skills.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and communicate solutions effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Understand customer challenges and deliver tailored technical solutions that add value.
• Own your sales pipeline, negotiate and drive profitable growth.
• Explore opportunities across retail, industrial manufacturing, refrigeration, marine, hospitality and leisure.
