Job summary

razorblue is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of technical and IT projects from initiation to completion in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

You will create and own project plans, manage budgets and resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with clients and suppliers.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cloud, security, and infrastructure knowledge, with UK commuting to Teesside as needed.

Qualifications

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, PMP, CSM or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end technical or IT projects.
• Experience working within an MSP, IT services provider, technology consultancy or similar technical environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different customers and technologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical and IT projects from initiation through to completion.
• Create, maintain and own project plans, schedules, documentation and status reporting.
• Lead project meetings, steering groups and stakeholder engagements with both internal and external parties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and third parties throughout project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting and commercial performance.
• Coordinate and manage resource allocation across consultants, engineers and delivery teams.
• Identify, manage and elevate project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests as required.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed scope, timescales, budget and quality standards.
• Manage the transition of completed projects into operational support and service delivery teams.
• Deliver complex client onboarding, migration, infrastructure, cloud and transformation projects.
• Maintain accurate project information within internal business systems and project management tools.
• Produce project reports, governance updates and client-facing documentation.
• Support and develop other members of the project team through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance and project management expertise to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Act as a point of escalation and support for project-related challenges.
