Job summary

razorblue is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and cloud projects within a hybrid setup. The role focuses on delivering complex transformations for multiple clients, with a strong emphasis on governance and client engagement.

You will manage budgets, schedules and resources, mentor team members, and ensure successful onboarding and transition to operations across challenging technology domains.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end technical or IT projects.
• Background in MSP/IT services or technology consultancy.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects across customers and technologies.
• Experience controlling project budgets, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience delivering cloud migration, cyber security, infrastructure or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of technical and IT projects from initiation through to completion.
• Create and own project plans, schedules, documentation and status reporting.
• Lead project meetings, steering groups and stakeholder engagements with internal and external parties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and third parties throughout project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting and commercial performance.
• Coordinate and manage resource allocation across consultants, engineers and delivery teams.
• Identify, manage and elevate project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests as required.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery to scope, timescales, budget and quality.
• Manage transition of completed projects into operational support and service delivery teams.
• Deliver complex client onboarding, migration, infrastructure, cloud and transformation projects.
• Maintain accurate project information within internal systems and PM tools.
• Produce project reports, governance updates and client-facing documentation.
