Job summary

Primark is seeking a Strategic Technology Partner Analyst to support the Technology Supplier Management team. You will turn supplier, contract, financial, and risk information into clear insights, while reducing workload for Partner Managers so they can focus on senior relationships and strategy.

You’ll collaborate across Technology, Procurement, Legal and Finance to monitor KPIs, drive cost optimisation, and support governance forums. This hybrid role offers 2-3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management, commercial analysis and contract management.
• Strong ability to translate financial and contract data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, risk and governance processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supplier spend, contracts, SOWs and performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support strategic partner account plans and pipelines for value creation and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate supplier governance, agendas, packs and executive forums.
• Review SOWs, contracts, rate cards and renewals to support negotiations and investments.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and governance, escalating significant risks or control gaps.
• Collaborate across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Risk.
