Job summary
ECA is seeking a Tech Lead to head up our Capability squad, owning the shared foundations of our multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform. You’ll balance leadership with hands-on coding, setting technical direction and ensuring quality across what the squad ships.
You’ll work mainly in Node.js and TypeScript on AWS with PostgreSQL behind it, tackle non-functional requirements from day one, and shape how AI helps our engineering workflow and the platform’s evolution as the business grows.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering with backend focus.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript and SQL.
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Leadership and mentoring of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a squad of developers while staying close to the code.
- Design and build back-end services and APIs for multi-tenant environments.
- Own technical direction for platform foundations and standards.
- Collaborate with Product and other squad leads to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Raise testing standards with TDD and performance testing.
- Ensure observability and incident response readiness.
