Job summary
The ECA International Group is seeking a Tech Lead - Capability to own the core platform foundations of a multi-tenant B2B SaaS offering. You’ll stay hands-on while guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and tackling cross‑platform challenges, including how an AI‑first engineering team operates.
You’ll work across shared platform foundations—identity, access management, tenant isolation, and scalable architecture—primarily with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript and React, contributing to
Qualifications
- 8+ years' software engineering experience
- Hands-on with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, React
- Experience designing scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, OIDC, SAML, roles and permissions) is valuable
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineers while remaining close to the code
- Own technical direction and help define what good engineering looks like
- Architect scalable, maintainable solutions for a multi-tenant SaaS environment
- Work with Product and Delivery to turn requirements into technical solutions
- Give realistic estimates and challenge optimistic ones when needed
- Lead Agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement
- Establish best practices around architecture, testing and TDD
- Explore AI usage across the software development lifecycle
