Slater and Gordon is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to drive data, technology and process improvement across our fast-paced, regulated environment. This fixed-term contract runs until December 2027 and focuses on delivering innovative legal technology and data transformation initiatives, with a hybrid working model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in regulated environments.
Experience delivering legal technology, data transformation and process improvement projects.
Strong understanding of case management workflows and data architectures.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Support data migration, ETL/ELT processes and data validation.
Collaborate with development, data and operations teams to ensure objectives are met.
Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain project documentation.
Contribute to Agile delivery, backlog management and governance reporting.
Ensure GDPR/compliance considerations throughout project delivery.
