Job summary

Barnett Waddingham is recruiting a Team Leader to manage a pension administration team in a hybrid Edinburgh or Glasgow role. You will oversee workload, monitor SLAs, and coach colleagues to meet quality standards while supporting remote collaboration.

The role requires team leadership experience, GCSEs/A levels and a relevant degree or PMI progress. Strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills are essential for daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• GCSEs / A levels are required.
• A relevant degree or progress with PMI examinations is desirable together with experience in pension administration.
• Team Leadership experience is required.
• A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the team’s workload and service to members.
• Monitor the team’s performance against SLAs and client deadlines.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members, including remote workers.
• Ensure quality standards are met by following policies and internal controls.
• Provide feedback to improve knowledge and performance within the team.
