Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Onboarding Calculations Consultants.
Collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategy.
Oversee complex pension administration processes.
Manage operational readiness for new business onboarding.
Drive process improvements while maintaining quality.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Analyse feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage team performance in line with company policies.
Skills
Pension qualification such as CII or PMI
Strong understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
