Job summary

ITV plc in Manchester is seeking two Talent Payments Assistants on an 8-month fixed-term contract to support accurate processing of data and payments entered into the TalentPay system. Based at Media City with hybrid working, you will handle transactional data, onboarding, and routine reconciliations while upholding data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and TalentPay users.

Qualifications

5 GCSEs at grades A–C including English and Maths.
Recent administrative or support experience.
Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail; proficient in Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets.
Clear written and verbal communication; able to resolve queries.
Confidential handling of sensitive information per GDPR.

Responsibilities

Process accurate and compliant talent payments from initial transaction through programme sale.
Onboard Talent, Service Companies, Agents, and Independent Producers into TalentPay.
Collate and maintain legal, personal, and contractual data per policies and GDPR.
Maintain confidentiality of banking details through secure practices.
Respond to payment queries via Talent Payments Inbox and phone lines.
Support KPI reporting and data cleansing to maintain system accuracy.
Provide day-to-day system support and cross-functional assistance.
Cover team duties when needed and uphold SLAs.
