Job summary

Janus Henderson Group is seeking a dedicated Client Operations professional in London. The role involves overseeing third-party providers, monitoring core fund operations, and ensuring timely, compliant processing across investor dealing, settlement, and cash movements.

You will review MI, identify issues early, and implement improvements in client experience. The position supports collaboration across Distribution and Product while upholding regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or meaningful professional qualifications or some industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with third party providers and oversee controls.
• Support monitoring programmes and ensure standard of work by SS&C/IFDS.
• Analyze MI to identify service issues and drive continuous improvement in Client Experience.
• Provide back-up to Senior Client Operations Manager and handle internal/external queries.
• Collaborate with Distribution and Product to deliver changes within regulatory guidelines.
