Job summary

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council is seeking a Systems & Resource Manager based at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex. The role focuses on quality assurance, procurement, business improvement, systems, income generation and operational efficiency.

You will lead the QA team, manage ICT for income generation, and harmonise policies across Sports Services while ensuring GDPR compliance. A driving licence and a degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years' experience managing a business/administrative function.
• If qualification is not held, minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car or suitable transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance Team and support external quality schemes.
• Coordinate procurement across Sports Services and prepare tender docs.
• Monitor procurement records and contract end dates.
• Conduct regular efficiency reviews to improve service delivery.
• Support Area Managers in reviewing services and exploring alternative methods.
