Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Syndicate Accounting & Reporting to establish a strong financial control environment.
• Provide leadership to the Syndicate Accounting & Reporting team and develop capability.
• Own the end-to-end syndicate ledger and ensure integrity of financial records.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and MI to support business decisions.
• Lead external syndicate auditors and coordinate audit activity.
• Embed scalable finance and controllership practices to improve operations.
• Champion continuous improvement across the Finance function.
• Act as Finance adviser on strategic and operational initiatives.
