Job summary

UPP, the UK's leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, invites applications for a Sustainability Project Coordinator. Join the Energy & ESG team to deliver sustainability initiatives, energy and carbon reduction across our national portfolio.

You'll coordinate projects with the Director of Energy & ESG, ESG Analyst, operations teams and university partners, embedding sustainability into day-to-day operations and driving meaningful environmental

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track progress.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with university partners and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of sustainability and ESG initiatives across UPP's national portfolio.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, action logs and programme reporting to show progress, risks and milestones.
• Support the development of business cases, project briefs and procurement activities for sustainability initiatives. Monitor delivery and outcomes.
• Coordinate ESG governance forums, working groups and programme meetings, including agendas and communications.
• Support energy, water, carbon and wider ESG improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
• Assist with sustainability communications, awareness campaigns, engagement activities and training materials.
• Build relationships across UPP, university partners and external suppliers to support project delivery and share best practice.
• Support adoption of digital collaboration, automation and AI-enabled tools for programme management and reporting.
