Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control or logistics coordination
• Experience managing multiple vendor accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ERP software and Excel (LOOKUP, PivotTables)

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders with suppliers based on inventory requirements and lead times
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively track orders to support on-time delivery
• Work closely with vendors to resolve delivery discrepancies, pricing variances and product issues
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, including prices, delivery dates and supplier information
• Produce regular inventory and performance reports for management review
• Audit purchasing and planning data to protect data integrity and minimise operational errors
