Job summary

Bestway Healthcare is seeking a Stock Controller in the United Kingdom to ensure accurate management of stock in both the warehouse and branch network, including forecasting, ordering, depot replenishment, and on-shelf availability. You will use inventory analysis tools to optimise stock levels and support continuous improvements to service.

The role offers a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week, enabling collaboration with purchasing and warehousing

Qualifications

• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and take action.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Able to multitask and prioritise in a changing environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage category stock levels and raise daily purchase orders to ensure service levels.
• Establish strong supplier relationships and drive improvements in service levels.
• Collaborate with buying and space planning to track promotions and ensure availability.
• Analyse and elevate stock issues to minimise sales loss.
• Coordinate with warehousing to prioritise goods in and resolve discrepancies.
• Support range reviews and ensure 100% product availability.
• Provide weekly KPIs and respond to data requests from other teams.
• Suggest supply routes to improve efficiency and meet KPIs.
• Work with wholesale to manage stock and drive availability.
• Assist the Senior Supply Chain Analyst as required.
