Job summary

Bestway Healthcare is seeking a Stock & Forecast Analyst to ensure accurate stock management in warehouse and branches. You will forecast demand, place daily purchase orders, and monitor on-shelf availability to support sales.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI. Hybrid working includes 3 days in the office and 2 days from home each week.

Responsibilities

• Manage category stock levels and raise daily purchase orders to ensure service levels and replenishment.
• Establish quality relationships with major suppliers and drive improvements in service levels.
• Provide collaborative forecasts to improve on-shelf availability for customers.
• Work with buying and space planning to track promotions and ensure full product availability.
• Analyse and escalate stock availability issues to minimise sales loss.
• Coordinate with warehousing teams to prioritise inbound stock and resolve discrepancies.
• Support range reviews and deliver with availability metrics.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting and respond to data requests accurately.
• Recommend supply route changes to drive efficiencies and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with wholesale to maintain stock availability and drive sales.
