Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centre is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Northampton. The role combines data-driven stock management and performance improvement across branches and distribution centres, with a hybrid work pattern and a 37.5-hour week.

You will partner with Commercial and Regional teams to turn data into actionable insights, supporting forecasting, supplier performance and product lifecycle planning. Some site visits and travel to other Brewers sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain within a retail environment.
• Strong data-driven approach and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP data handling.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Well organised and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stock, availability and supply chain performance to improve on-shelf availability across branches and distribution centres.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning with Commercial and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimise stock holding, availability and cost control.
• Manage supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, including lead times and OTIF.
• Support product launches, discontinuations and lifecycle planning.
• Produce accurate stock and performance reports from data and systems.
• Support promotions, bulk purchases, stocktakes and continuous improvement projects.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
