Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Hybrid team in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The role focuses on improving stock availability, performance and profitability while coordinating with Commercial and Sales to forecast demand and plan supply.

You’ll analyse data, manage supplier performance and support lifecycle planning across our 280-store network. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supply chain role with strong data usage.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in demand forecasting and inventory modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stock, availability and supply chain performance to improve shelf availability across branches and distribution centres.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning with Commercial and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimise stock holding, availability and cost control.
• Manage supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, including lead times and OTIF.
• Support product launches, discontinuations and lifecycle planning.
• Produce accurate stock and performance reports using data and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business.

What does the role of Supply Chain Analyst involve?

• Analysing stock, availability and supply chain performance to improve on shelf availability across branches and distribution centres
• Supporting demand forecasting and supply planning in collaboration with Commercial and Sales teams
• Identifying opportunities to optimise stock holding, availability and cost control
• Managing supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, including lead times and OTIF
• Supporting product launches, discontinuations and lifecycle planning
• Producing accurate and timely stock and performance reports using available data and systems
• Supporting promotions, bulk purchases, stocktakes and continuous improvement projects
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
• You will be required to work some of your week from our offices in Eastbourne, East Sussex

Who We Are Looking For To Join The Team

• Previous experience and a strong understanding of supply chain processes within a retail environment
• Experience working in a highly data driven role with excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory modelling
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems and product data
• Highly numerate, analytical and able to translate complex data into clear insightExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Well organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities
• Embraces technology and supports change within the business
• Understands the importance of working in a team and positively contributes towards a team environment
• Lives within a commutable distance to our office in Eastbourne, East Sussex
