Job summary

WasteRecruit Ltd is partnering with a leading environmental compliance business to recruit a Supplier Engagement Advisor who will support data collection and quality for client environmental obligations. You will engage suppliers by email, phone and live chat, run webinars, review submissions, and maintain accurate supplier records using Excel and CRM systems.

You will work closely with Data Administrators, Account Managers and Data Team Managers, helping external contacts understand required

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional manner.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; data handling experience.
• Comfort with Excel and learning new systems; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers to obtain packaging, WEEE and batteries data and encourage timely submissions.
• Provide clear, professional support by email, telephone and live chat.
• Deliver webinars explaining data submission processes and platform requirements.
• Process packaging evidence and maintain accurate supplier records using in-house software, Excel and CRM applications.
• Check and improve data quality, including analysis of Plastic Tax evidence against HMRC criteria.
• Support Account Managers with data used in environmental compliance calculations.
• Identify process improvements and flag potential Data Hub anomalies to the development team.
• Work in line with Valpak policies, ISO accreditation requirements and risk management procedures.
