Job summary

Valpak is seeking a Temporary Customer Advisor to join the Sales & Account Management team in Stratford-upon-Avon on a temporary contract with potential to become permanent. Hybrid role, two days per week in the Stratford office.

You will liaise with suppliers, assist with data submissions for packaging, WEEE, Batteries, and Plastic Tax obligations, and support data teams to ensure accurate reporting. Ideal candidates have prior customer-facing experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in an office environment.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data manipulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• An interest in environmental issues is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, telephone, and live chat.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain data submissions for regulations.
• Assist with data cleansing and data submissions for regulatory reports.
• Conduct and present webinars to the supplier base.
• Support other departments in data-related tasks and improvements.
