Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in higher education and events.

Responsibilities

• Advise all McCourt School student organizations (20+) and student leaders, including program and event content development.
• Coordinate development, policies, and approval processes for new student organizations.
• Advise and manage finances/budgets for all McCourt School student organizations.
• Support onboarding, commencement coordination, and co-curricular activities across McCourt.
