The School Outreach Company is seeking a School Engagement Specialist to serve as a vital link between educational institutions and our organisation. You will foster relationships with schools, educators, students, and community partners to promote our programmes and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
• Strong customer service with a proactive approach to relationship building.
• Ability to organise events, manage multiple projects, and work independently with enthusiasm.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills for sorting, filtering, and large datasets.
• Experience in educational settings or youth programmes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with school and college partners to deliver the outreach programme.
• Organise and manage visits, presentations, workshops, and informational sessions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school partners and provide customer service.
• Collaborate with educators and community leaders to identify partnership opportunities.
• Maintain records of engagement activities, feedback and progress.
• Support marketing with digital content distribution as required.
